How do I add or remove a user from our Cloud VPN?

For most Razyr Managed Cloud customers, we take care of all VPN user changes on your behalf.

Please open a support ticket to request the creation of new VPN identities or for revocation in the event of staff changes, end of term contractors or lost laptop computers.

Identities are created for each device, so a staff member who has a desktop computer and a laptop will need two identities.  If a laptop is lost, the desktop computer identity is unaffected.

Razyr uses certificate based VPN solutions so the VPN client software is nearly transparent to your users.  There are no extra annoying password prompts (and additional passwords to remember).
